TASTING DINNER “PRUSSIAN HOMAGE”
6 – course tasting dinner with wine paring referring to the Prussian Homage in Royal Krakow.
Chef Marcin Sołtys will prepare this dinner together with Michał Lelek – Chef of the Halka restaurant at the Aries Hotel & Spa and Grzegorz Gręda – Chef of the Romantic restaurant at the SPA Hotel Dr Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie. Dinner will be lead by Paweł Białobrocki – Sommelier and wine importer.
